Hi, I'm Katrina - Welcome!

I’m an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan and in a variety of settings, but for a long time I didn’t even know pelvic health therapy existed. I just knew people were struggling with things no one talked about, things I had questions about myself, and I honestly thought I might have to go back to school for something completely different just to help in the ways I wanted to.

It wasn’t until I started having more conversations and asking questions — What is this work? What does it actually involve? — that I discovered pelvic health. Once I did, I couldn’t stop learning. I found myself diving into courses, hands-on trainings, reading everything I could, because it all lit something in me. It made me realize just how needed this care is and how much I wanted to be part of doing it differently.

That’s what led me to create Eos Pelvic Health & Wellness because I believe in compassionate, whole-person care in a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment. Pelvic health can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even taboo but it doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re navigating discomfort, searching for answers, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, I want you to feel heard, supported, and never shamed.

When I’m not working with patients, I’m usually trying to find a new hiking trail to explore, planning my next weekend adventure with my husband, or catching up with friends, preferably over good food and slightly too much laughter. You’ll often find me wandering through cozy bookstores, discovering new coffee shops, and indulging in a little too much plant shopping even if I’m still figuring out how to keep them alive. I love exploring in nature, even if that means some not-so-quiet walks with my dogs, and sharing time with my horse I was lucky enough to reconnect with after years apart (truly one of the best reunions of my life).

I believe movements should be joyful, rest should be sacred, and life’s better when you can laugh along the way. So come as you are. Whether you’re full of questions, just starting to explore, or simply looking to feel a little more at home in your body, just know you’re not alone and you matter. I’m so glad you’re here!
